“Omakase” is a Japanese word means “trust” and “delegate”. Join us on this session, we invites you on a journey guided by our skilled baristas. They will curate an unique coffee experience, crafting drinks that highlight local ingredients and innovative pairings.
We serve a Set Menu of 5 courses from drinks to desserts and each season we will feature new concept and pairings. Let our Barista surprises you by this unrevealed menu.

The concept was served to the judges in Vietnam National Barista Championship 2024 by Nhi Doan and placed 3rd. Our team decided to think out of the box and go beyond a competition framework to make it more engaging.
